Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Rudraksh Developers Private Limited is primarily engaged in real estate development and the collection of booking amounts for property interests. While we do not ship physical products in the conventional sense, we ensure the prompt delivery of transaction documentation and related items to our customers.

Electronic Delivery of Receipts

  • Upon completion of transactions through our payment gateway, electronic receipts will be immediately sent to the customer’s provided email address.
  • Customers will also receive electronic confirmation of their booking or expression of interest within 02 business days of the transaction.

Delivery of PDC Cheques and Welcome Letters

  • In addition to electronic communications, we dispatch Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs) and welcome letters through a secure courier service.
  • The package containing PDC cheques and the welcome letter will be dispatched within 03 business days after the transaction is confirmed.
  • The delivery of the package can be expected within a minimum of 05 days and a maximum of 10 days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Customers will be notified of the dispatch via WhatsApp, email, or another provided communication channel, including details for tracking the delivery.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
