How to Participate?

  • Expression of Interest (EOI): Choose a property from our upcoming projects and pay between Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 10 Lacs as per your convenience for booking. Payment should be made in favor of ‘Rudraksh Developers Pvt Ltd’ via cheque RTGS/NEFT or RazorPay.
  • Amazing Discounts: You’re a Priority Member because you have shown prior interest in our projects. As a result, you will avail an extra 5-10%* discount (t&c applied) on the base selling price of commercial, semi-commercial spaces, cottages, retirement homes, and warehouses.
  • Guaranteed Security: You’re investing/booking in a property which has already been bought by the company, and government formalities are in process. Also, you’re secured with post-dated cheques with a Thanks Back (18% interest p.a.) that is encashable exactly after 6 months, accompanied by the EOI Letter. This provides you with a hassle-free exit.
  • Change of Heart? If you decide that you’re not interested in purchasing your chosen property, don’t worry! You’ll still receive an 18% p.a. return on your paid booking amount upon cancellation. This return is also included in the PDC, which you’ll receive at the time of the receipt.

Example and Benefits

  • The pre-launching price is always discounted by 10-20% of the basic price of the product. However, in this scheme, you will get up to an additional 10% off the pre-launch discount based on your booking amount.
  • If you are not interested in buying a property at the time of pre-launch, you’ll still be in profit.
  • For Example : if you pay Rs 50,000 for booking as an expression of interest and decide to quit, you will receive Rs 50,000 + Rs 4,500 (18% p.a.) = a total return of Rs 54,500 in exactly 6 months.
  • This refundable amount is already in your hands as post-dated cheques at the time of booking.
  • What to do for cancellation? Nothing! Just send an email to saying, “I’m not interested,” and deposit your PDC cheques in your account.
